I disagree with that report, the current share price activity is very unusal considering we have a multi million dollar drilling program in progress and expectation should be high. It smells very fishy and the market is very rarely wrong here, IMO management have commenced discussions on a cap raising and don't these guys know how to chew through millions $$$ and the institution is dumping / selling down aggressively knowing fully well that they an pick up shares much cheaper. The only thing wrong with this stock is managements credibility which is being questioned by the share price plunge. I've spoken to one broker that was very bullish on PVD but they have turned full circle on failed promises. But geez it smells and the regulator is a toothless tiger. Freeport will play this stock so easily if there is a successful oil find, probably the easiest take over I reckon I'd ever see happen lol.
