    Does BUY own Primary Petroleum Ltd ?, Not that I can see, DLS sold an asset to PPL, included in the transaction was a million BUY shares, to my knowledge that is the limited of the effect on BUY, If PPL is owned by BUY let me know but otherwise there is no increase costs of drilling etc for Bounty Oil.
