If management and the top 20 hold 80% of the stock tightly, that leaves a 'float' of just 128m shares for anyone wanting to accumulate. considering many here are also holding tight, it might be over 90% held tight and a very small float for D/T and any accumulator. It ends up meaning the price goes up and up until overvalued to loosen some of the tightness.
This begs the question of when it is overvalued. Is 20c/sh or MC of $150m overvalued?(including option conversion) I don't think so.
So each individual has to gueass where that overvalued point is. Your guess?
