If i have some facts correct,
Purchase @ $100 mil;
Has inventory of some $72 mil;
Leaves +/- $28 mil for the core of the company!

Ebit of expected $20 mil +/- p.a.
Fantastic purchase, if i've read the report correctly!

Guess we've had difficult situations in Aus & elsewhere in globe, and its great companies like gunns are able to help out.
Going to go great gunns i'd say!
