A recent announcement of these acquisitions state non- compete clauses of 1 - 7 years depending on their "key Positions". Any idea if further info on individual non- compete clauses are available to shareholders?
If any key credit writers (brokers) in these businesses have a non-compete clause of only 1-2 years, this will have a major impact on future revenue for AIK.
That is- brokers will start up again in their own right and take their customers with them.
Also be careful of relying too much on Volume bonuses from financiers- if they get reduced that is pure profit off the bottom line. These mainly come form the majors (WBC CBA, BOQ ANZ etc). If banks come under margin pressure this is one way they can recoup some expenses.
