In my opinion by years end BOQ will be over $12 and headed to $20 in 3 years time, rates will definitely be up by then.
Weekly chart clearly shows it pierced through the 200 moving average, below that is the monthly chart as we have closed of the week and trading month, on the monthly I believe a repeat of the blue box
