Yeah I find it incredible that this offer was essentially a shot in the dark offer. I would have though some MOU would have been signed about an acceptable price range before RAU went out there and trumpeted this purchase and drilled holes in places.
Very badly handled and I think the market's confidence is now shot. 2 chances blown, not surprised to see this stock where it began soon.
