    it reminds me of the sherlock bay nickel (now arh) agreement to buy rights to mine palmer's balmoral magnetite deposit - for a price that had not yet being agreed upon
    the actual deal delivered a serious blow to the share price.
    the directors couldn't care less.
    that's why it need a script consolodation.
