what are Mr Nicholson's options - he has only one in my view and that is to sell to rau. Why? RAU is the 2nd explorer who have tried to buy mt C - the first one was stuffed around too. Therefore Mr N has a reputation. Second, rau have all the historical info on Mt C including their own drill results - who else can acess this info - no one unless they buy it off rau and I don't think rau will sell it. Mr N is a baby boomer and no doubt wants to have a comfortable retirement - he can't do that unless he sells his business as a mining opportunity, because he will get bugger all if he only sells it as a contracting business.
