Fully aware of corporate loan's time-frame to get approval especially longer in GFC (luck if one gets it) - I was a corporate banker for many years

In fact, with the sub-prime crisis, I predicted the domino effect to corporate loan liquidity and all the financials problem now - this crisis is not over yet IMO with other s***s unfolding in the market (hope I am wrong on it, but so far, I am been accurate)

My major concern is the burnt cash rate of MKY through huge salary payments to these top guys (if they are paid at reasonable rates - MKY is not a cash-rich company that can afford this - I am happy to wait patiently as stated by you, but in this case, not otherwise)
