There has been a lot of chatter lately about where the properties were purchased at KGP. Management were fairly vague with their announcement 14th September 2023 and did not give the actual parcel numbers out so I decided to do a little research into it myself. See below:

Map of KGP as an initial overview:

    September 14th Announcement:
"The two properties cover a combined area of 1,026 hectares. One property, located within Mining Lease 70/488,
covers an area of 94 hectares and encompasses the southern extent of the Central Zone Resource (the Jinkas, Jinkas
South and Jackson deposits) – an area which will be a primary source of ore in the first 18 months of production at
the KGP. The vendor of this property is Mr John Smith."

"The second property, located within Exploration Licences 70/2928 and 70/3952, covers an area of 932 hectares
and it is proposed that key mine infrastructure will be located on a part of this property. The vendor of this property
is Wallacup Holdings Pty Ltd. Ausgold will shortly proceed to lodge applications to convert the exploration tenure
over the property to Mining Leases."

If somebody has access/subscription to one of the property search tools like RP Data etc I am sure these 2 names above could be easily matched up with the parcel numbers.

Below on GeoVIEW I organised a map of the KGP Mining Resource Area and the wider KGP Exploration Lease. Going by the description above I came to an educated guess (red circles) of where I think these purchased properties sit. In relation to Jinkas and also EL's 70/2928 and 70/3952. EL70/2928 is the main blue polygon taking up most of the screen. EL70/3952 is the thin rectangular polygon located directly east of this polygon. The Mining Lease/Resource areas are the thin diagonal blue polygons in the middle.

Also, just to let you know, one property can consist of numerous parcels of land. So that is something to keep in mind too. I would like to hear more from management to get a more accurate account of the landholdings and also what else remains following these 2 purchases which will be finalised in April 2024.
