I don't think I would buy anything online from DS now that the company is in Administration/Receivership. The administrators need to guarantee that online purchases and payments from today on are going to be fulfilled, otherwise customers risk becoming another unsecured creditor. By law the DS website should clearly warn potential customers that the business is in administration.

If buying from DS it would be a good idea to visit your local store, sight the goods, pay for them and leave clutching them in your hot little hand. Until the administrators provide guidance, things such as gift cards and payment before delivery are very much up in the air. As are warranties on DS branded goods. Come to think of it, maybe best to just do your shopping at JB, HN, GG or Bing.
