Just to clear up something up with your post, the silver content of Aust coinage was 92.5% up to and including 1945, 1946 and onwards it changed to 50% silver content, except for the 1966 50c which is 80% silver.

I use a few sources for my silver, bullionbourse.com.au has been reliable and is very easy to use, but just like most dealers availability and delays are making it harder for purchasers.
