    Just a comment..
    Been closely watching this for a long time now, and I am finally in. I like co's like this. I think it is time for them to have a good break. The recent sales are positive and I like the arrangement with Artemis. Also I would not be taking a temporary pay cut and stick around, if there was no bright light at the end of the tunnel.
