Here's my experience...

I purchased 5 X 20ml Natshield sprays about 2 months ago. I paid express post. Three weeks later they posted 1 bottle.

It took them 3 weeks to arrange to put one tiny bottle in a box (it should have been 5), and then they charged me express postage that cost 3 X more than the one little bottle they sent me... by the way, they changed my order to 1 bottle, I ordered 5. This is even more concerning as now I believe they didn't even have 5 on the shelf to sell, and it's clearly not because it's so high in demand that it's flying off the shelf like hot cakes - They reported no sales in the sanitiser division last quarter.

My order was just to test to see how the purchasing process works. After that, it's no wonder they reported no sales in the sanitiser division last quarterly announcement. One word - "Incompetent!"
