They have no need to worry about that mug - if they get approval at the AGM.
It's in Schedule 2 para k of the proposal. ALL unvested performance rights (the ones for the 8c, 12c and 16c) vest automatically in 3 specified circumstances - takeover, receivership and board coup - no matter what the share price.
They've covered all angles - surprise, surprise!
They have no need to worry about that mug - if they get approval...
