My thought somewhat. Why would they test when not miniturised and considering some of the past incompetance it would surprise me if they handed larger 'device' without supervision or instruction. I am not a scientist, but it makes common scense. Phase 3 i would imagine would be the time when the science is 'perfected', although stage testing or static testing under the doctors supervision would seem prudent. This may have been the case but as normal no information given. Crap input or prep gives crap results. But they did tell us it was a 'program' issue. Hope our CEO is or will manage better.
