POS MUST have known all of this,
POS must have joint submitted it, they are mentioned as a party & a "partner".
It cannot be approved as submitted without POS approving it for lodgement themselves
You cannot submit a grant application without both of them signing for it

It may have been speculative application but according to the grant requirements, PBT & POS submitted detailed plans DFS budgets and drawings jointly, maybe PBT did the most work but without POS there is no refinery.

I once applied for $100k funding from Cth and it took 3 years, massive work & records and ended up in Court,
Getting money out of the Govt is like blood out of a stone.

The ONLY way they got this $120M was from a massive detailed business plan, site plan, engineering drawings, detailed DFS, detailed costings & offtake costs & staff & building costs provided

PH was at the media event shaking hands with the PM!
PH clearly was a driving force to get the grant approved as he wouldnt even be there if he wasnt.

The idea this is all PBT and no benefit to POS is BOLLOCKS
This is a massive benefit to POS.
It means mostly we are PRODUCING HIGH MARGIN GOOD CONC & REFINING it in future based on aprpoved designs and Cth funding no less.

The FEDS like POS production & concentrate.
Market is blind but not for long.
