    Why did PBT got all the money not POS ? Grant ceremony with POS & money to PBT ? How does that works ?

    It is not Show and Tell game, it is a serious money business of $119.6 Million. From PBT announcement it is clear PBT has made clear grant belongs to PBT not POS.
