Get people to take 2 month holidays- Keep absolute minimum skeleton to keep producing at current rates.

Try and ride storm for 2 months. Only then start looking at closing hedge.

Can't say where bottom of POG is. Could drop another $100. But I'd think it should hit bottom in next month, if not already. Predictions are that it will drop to US1200.
