you have to realise this is a brand new technology and just because IBM, Intel Nvidia, Qualcomm, AMD, Arm, Google, Apple, Samsung is the leaders in technology today, does not mean the automaticly will be the leaders in a brand new technology tomorrow.
power consumption is the new currency. and CNN Can not compete.
One shot learning is another thing no one in the industry can do atm.
another thing is complete codependency from the cloud meaning all processing can be done on the device and not relying on bandwidth witch is a huge problem with the expected IOT growth in coming years.
