You are probably going to get converted anyway if the proposed deal goes ahead, but as we saw at the May meeting it did not go as expected and a lot of people did not file a conversion notice as they expected the amendements to be passed, when the reality turned out to be they were not.

Those who asked to convert were then able to convert and sell half of their holdings. That turned out to be a lucky escape for those who covered their bases.
