Feral I dont think they would need any capital raising for these new asx companies since they would already be cashflow positive.

The Puregraphite Division will be close to that position very soon.

The Electrolytes are going to be Licensed for Royalty payments so that will be quickly cashflow positive, same for the Single Crystal Cathode+DPMG patent.
