The negotiations for the US funding that is likely to be announced next week, were taking place during the period that the share price was lanquishing in the 5-6 cent range. My expectation therefore, is that the Funding organisation will get shares at a small discount to the above range.
As the heading says, this is just purely speculation as I really have no idea. I am just thinking allowed.
Whatever, the funding announcement ends up being, (within reason), I think that it can only be good for the company and shareholders. Any US Funder will only be putting money into the company because the want to make money - and with PRR they can see that there is the POTENTIAL to make lots and lots of money.
