''Clearly the announcements are worded as a pump and dump by the management. They'll get their oppies converted into shares without a problem, probably run out of funds by the end of the year, management would have left by then and will be madly dumping shares, and in the process they have been collecting a very reasonably salary. Love it how some posters in Hotcopper are preying on the naivety of shareholders and potential buyers of stocks such as PRR as well as trying to push the share price up as well as helping to get the managements oppies voted in. Why? Plenty of theories but no evidence. SOme of the largest shareholders have been dumping parts of their 18.5mill holdings, apparently, and they'll continue until the end of June. Shows how much confidence they have in the management, unless they will offered to buy them back at 2.6c in a placement/capital raising.

So many companies on the stockmarket are a farce, and this is appearing as one of them
