Just a speculative thought - if they recently setup a 12m funding source, then wont this next "investment" be significantly higher - which sort of suggests that it wont be a simple cap raising due to fact that investor is foreign and a significant investment would be more than 15% ?

Could be some sort of staged process ??

ie - they not going to announce 5m cap raising or something similar....

also re my other post - US investors will be good enablers of the commercialisation process (or sale to big co if that happens...)

Heres my prediction on a limb - they are going to create a new wholly owned US subsidary which is listed on the US stockmarket - one of the big hindrances to getting into the US market can be not being US. And the lady thats just been hired will be a key person in it (and not have to relocate to OZ).

Will be a big step for the outlook of the company, but may not kick the sp up straight away ?
