I am not convinced it will be sold down if the placement is at a discount, but I do feel that any placement was probably done at a discount .
We may find that other US funds want a piece of the action also and buy on market .
Remember if a fund is buying in en masse then they obviously like what they see and we may see the awareness of PRR going forward . Also other diluted holders may wish to reclaim their % ownership of the co and buy on market also . I am only a minor holder .
