IF it was one fund buying they would only have to announce if they have topped 5%.
The US Investment that appears to be getting finalised this weekend, would NOT have been in a position to buy PRR's over the last week AT LEAST, due to confidentiality issues, however, with rumours circulating for the past week, some may have been able to make some money as I did, although I got out earlier than in hindsight I would liked to have.
