Only a guess -- but I would guess that Lisa left when the Intel deal fell through, who do you think put her there in the first place???... again just a guess because the company has said nothing except by phone.. 'all is well'... something big is coming - if positive then a takeover after driving it down, or collapse of the deal and likewise drive it down... result - drive it down!
