So now what ??? Will they try and pump the price up over the next two to three weeks and see how many take up there entitlements, as I believe this is one of the requirements the Corner stone will be looking at ?? A large take up will help bring them on board and it sure sounds like management wants them in. Be interesting to see what they have up there sleeve, if anything, be nice to see some good grades from other developments apart from the central one.. What else might they pull out of there hat ?? any ideas ??
