While PuriflOH chairman Bill Parfet is driving FRG commercialization talks with Michigan-based OEMs, PO3 can be expected to explore air purification and other opportunities in Australia.
PuriflOH’s head office is based in Ross Place, South Melbourne.
Nearby, is the Carlton/Parkville biotech precinct.
One of the main research labs here is run by Peter Doherty Institute.
South, in the Clayton area, is another biotech precinct. Here Monash University runs world-class medical labs and tech-testing facilities.
And then, not far from Melbourne, is Geelong.
Victoria’s burgeoning second largest city is the home of the CSIRO high security Animal Health Laboratories.
If PuriflOH is to demonstrate and validate its multi-purpose, virus-killing FRG platform, it needs to engage with world-class research facilities akin to those listed above.
In doing so, questions arise. One has to do with money. Does PO3 finance testing of the FRG tech? Do the labs? Is there a degree of sharing?
One option might be to seek grant funding.
If/when PuriflOH decides to ramp up its news flow we may expect announcements on positive results relating to lab liaisons in Victoria.
Footnote: Can the FRG destroy coronavirus? Aerosol lab testing suggests yes. Does commonsense suggest that PO3 fully investigate coronavirus opportunities? Yes. Has BP tasked PM or anyone else to run an investigation? There is no evidence he has...yet.
