There’s an apt four-letter word that sums up what we can expect from PuriflOH in coming weeks. That word is NEWS.

Here is an updated timeline based on PO3’s recent announcements, 2018 precedents and independent research:

1. Tuberculosis. Results of FRG/Free Radical Generator trials at Bhaskar Medical College and Hospital, Hyderabad due to be posted by September 30.

2. OTCQX listing. Assuming PAL/$RILY/B. Riley Financial timeline is on track, OTC listing is due by October 8.

3. Notice of AGM. May flag new protocols for director remuneration including performance-based option incentives. Due by October 29.

4. Hotel Project. Assuming Dilato Investments finalizes finance for $40m Melbourne hotel project, PO3 is expected to advise ASX of project go-ahead and perhaps flag first FRG air and water orders. Announcement expected by October 31.

5. Appendix C /Quarterly Update. Due by October 31.

6. November Presentation. If there is one, may be posted at/near date of the AGM.

7. AGM. Expected be held at PO3/Dilato Holdings HQ in South Melbourne by/on November 29.

8. OEM Update. If PO3 consummates a licensing deal with a global OEM, POS may call a Trading Halt. This could come at any time. In any case, there will be progress reports in the Quarterly Operations Report and at the AGM.

While the timeline underlines the potential for news, it may be that PuriflOH presents information even more conservatively - and more cryptically - than it has done in the past. This is because OTCQX listing means the group will adopt North American reporting practices that tend to down-play positives and underline risks.

Evidence of this is already appearing. Example: PO3's 2019 annual report, a document influenced by PO3 director Bill Parfet, a man practised in the need for caution and a man who, it would seem, embraces the adage "when in doubt, leave it out".
