If BP didnt take a position on the board then id say no, he probably wouldnt want to be involved in the marketing but the fact he did shows us that he wants to do more than just have a vote. I wonder if BP has Mr Gates in the rolodex.... If not there would surely be less than 6 degrees of separation between the 2 fellow American billionaires
