Love your enthusiasm bobbym but to be fair I have to point out "cash and resource" rich, we are neither (proven) just yet but for a play in the PGE region of WA we are extremely well positioned with multiple really good bets (leases).
I personally will be very surprised if we don't find commercial minerals at Cal East and DEV had just as good preliminary signs (results of EM, soil sampling etc) at their Sovereign Hill target so if they hit there its highly likely we will also have some of those same minerals with our Cal West lease right on top of them...
Then there is Wubin next to Chalice and the lease above LTRs gold in Moora....for a spec stock there are lots of good chances of success here at Pursuit....
