Chad, There is no right answer to your questions in regards to pull back etc, as which ever way you pick will most likely be wrong.
I can say though, that the tone of language and words used in those interviews and the AGM are extremely possitive and bullish.
At the AGM Geoff stated that we are in discussions with 47 potential customers (up from 14 last year)of which some are nearing completion of their assessments, and he has no reason to think that their conclusions will be anything but possitve.
He stated that during discussions with them, he has good reason to think that we could become the "Industry standard" process.
In his Boardroom radio interview, he described the decisions by some of the potential customers as "perilously close", which sounds extremely close to me.
In my somewhat long term as a shareholder, I have never seen such optimism and enthusiasm from management.
As many on here can attest to, they regularly play down announcements and any potentially exciting opportunities, such as the Bangs and Merck announcements, so as not to over inflate the companies position.
I have always thought that they have protected shareholders from ramping and pump ups, which can result in the inevitable dump, that hurts many.
This current use of descriptive and incredibly possitive language IMO leads me to think that they are letting us know so that there should be no huge surprises, just a constant rerating process as contracts come on line.
As far as timing of the next agreement, its anyones guess, but I think that a substantial rerate may occur quite rapidly, and leave those that are watching on the sidelines missing the next leg up.
The question we all have to ask ourselves is, how much risk v reward is there in this at the moment.
The SP may retreat to mid 5s or 6s in the very short term, which would be sad for some to lose 1 or 2 cents, but the reward from here could be anything up to 15 to 20c given the right circumstances.
I think those risks appear more in favour of accumulation IMHO rather than waiting.
But please dont take my word for it as I am only a long term loyal holder, and am keen to see the price rise, so do some more research and make up your own mind based on your risk / reward comfort.
Cheers
Phil
