HEY Tretchy, does it sound like MAN were awaiting drilling approvals all this time ????, if so it took a long while for it to be approved.

HaHa , what sort of excitement are we going to have when PURs are approved, can we match it with MANs rise on announcement.????

Has Horizen organised a rocket yet emblazened with PHILs logo. ????
