I got a response to an email sent on the 27th of May re the Heritage and Government Plan of work. So it could be that clearances have be granted and POW approval received.
ACMC are meeting on the 15th so I think this announcement may be something different and we will get Heritage after this meeting. Could be POW approved not sure how long this takes.
This was MF's response;
1. We have executed the agreements, we still need clearances.
2. POW applied for and awaiting for it to be approved.
So as per our announcement drilling is "subject to Government and Heritage approvals".
As soon as we have them we will advise the market.
