KING SOLOMON LISTS ON ASX TO PURSUE GIANT COPPER GOLD TARGETS IN CHINA (TIEN SHAN MB)

    Last: 24c

After completing its $10M raising, King Solomon Mines Limited (“KSO”) has listed on the ASX. The Company sought to raise a minimum of A$8M with provision to accept up to an additional A$2M in oversubscriptions.

The oversubscribed issue was closed early following strong demand from institutional and private investors.
Mr. Stephen McPhail, the Company’s Managing Director, stated that “the Company’s exploration team has commenced its field work in Inner Mongolia and is planning a full program for this year.

The initial focus will be on the porphyry copper target at Marmot Ridge and the shear-hosted copper mineralisation outcropping at surface at Wuritu.

Drilling is expected to commence at Wuritu in early May and at Marmot Ridge later in the month on the back of results from a soon-to-commence IP geophysical survey. We also intend to undertake mapping and sampling programs at Amoyitele and the Sonid North and South projects and to accelerate appraisal and acquisition of additional quality targets.”
