Having become a recent VMS shareholder, I was reviewing past Company Announcements and I noticed that we were going to pursue our legal costs from the party that objected on a number of occasions to the Commonwealth Governments Environmental approval of our Tasmanian mine. The delays causing considerable loss of time and income. Could someone kindly advise if I have missed something as I couldn’t find any further updates from the Company.
