I know that the article quoted Kerogen as if they had a negative return. Also that's not correct. On a cash basis they had an IRR of around 20%/yr, as they received hefty interest payments. We are still financed on a mechanism that make pawn shops look like NGO's. Only their exit will give true result to their investment.

As far as any finance top up in Cuadrilla is concerned; K has supplied the new chairman to Cuadrilla. Not likely that will bite us.

Fudge is good to have on board, as he will indeed not allow to loose out on upside.

So all in all, splitting is possibly fine. We get a share in both entities. It may indeed make a better value.
