    I know what's going on in the background, $CASH BURN$ & finalizing the capital raising announcement.

    "there will be delays and what not"
    So far, it's been the best part of 15 years delays!
    Those 15 years are a pretty good indication to me that come end of 2024 a new round of suckers will share the same disappointment of those before them.

    That's how I see it.
