surely they were not waiting for the share price to go down by more than half and gold price to go up by $1300 AUD/ounce before they started digging?
Could have raised money at 15 cents to get the hillgrove started ASAP , specially when they knew the disastrous quarterly report will hammer the sp.
but here we are talking about the management who have been praised and rewarded for poor performances.
