Custeel price assessment points to massive increase in 65% Fe Fines. It may not be long lasting as IO market is very volatile at the moment. It seems that nobody knows how it will settle.
My opinion is that Vale will produce as much ore as possible. In order to pay for all the foreseen and unforeseen costs they must generate income. Higher IO price will help them to meet future commitments associated with the disaster.
