I may have missed it, however I don't recall the announcement nor the article in The Australian defining a specified trial period between the two businesses?
Aside from the comment below in The Australia, which doesn't refer to MEB directly, I can't see any other reference to a 90 day trial period -
Otsuka previously signed a similar 90-day deal with multibillion-dollar digital health company Proteus, whose technology was used to determine if a patient was taking Abilify as prescribed.
If there is no specified trial period noted, I would caution pinning hopes on a commercial deal being announced with Otsuka prior to the 90 day period expiring, as their testing could take longer than 90 days finalise, prior to wanting to move to a contractual / commercial relationship.
I will be looking to seek clarity in regards to this from Jack or the company next time he is in town.
