No difference really, they are all b'stds. Same goes for people who run others over - the majority do a runner, leaving the hapless victim on the road where they can be run over a second time by another driver.
Accidentally hitting someone on the road or damaging another person's car when trying to squeeze into some of the ridiculously small car spaces in some carparks is understandable, but leaving the scene without making amends or caring for the injured party shows a serious lack of good character. Despite their thinking they have gotten away without cost or consequences to themselves they are incorrect as all true religions have warned.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you is the Christian version of the Buddhist belief in karma.
