Goods points VT. We are entirely vulnerable at this low mcap. The gold we have a jorc for now must have an in ground value at no more than $30 an ounce. That's before the soon to be announced upgrade, of high grade shallow gold at Rising Sun to Nobles Nob West.

I worked this out at roughly $19m mcap less $3m cash on hand, $16m divided by 532,000 oz gives $30 per ounce IGV. Absolutely ridiculous, and even more tempting when we get a new jorc upgrade.

Yes, it is great to have someone of Dean Feltons experience on board. That provides a great deal of confidence in management moving the project forward from here, and to protect shareholders interests at this stage.

This new JV will be very interesting to see what is proposed. I am hopeful it will be a way of bringing mining and processing the easily obtained gold closer.
