Well, there was no one else there at the end who would try to close it at 1.3c. Would be interesting to see whether there would have been enough sell orders to counteract that on close. They don't put silly sell bids of 13k shares anymore now. 150k looks more real. But the pattern is very clear - trying to close it as low as possible.
