None of you have even asked the question......They are trying and likely to succeed financing a venture worth $120mil USD. They would not be going for the finance if they did not have the asset almost in the bag. What possibly could be worth that much coin? Are they buying the whole shebang or a part of it? What does Swala Tanzania or DMR have that they could get a deal of this size almost to completion? Is the asset a producing asset or something else?

Seriously guys get back to reality here.

Swala Tanzania is still trading. Swala Tanzania could be in the throws of pulling off a potential company making deal. We own shares in Swala Energy that owns a a portion of Swala Tanzania. And the best you guys can come up with is "we are doomed".

I am excited and can't wait to find out what happens next.

If one looks at their track record, and how difficult financing is for junior oilers, its pretty amazing if they can borrow $120m
