Thanks for the reply Hongjian . So u have backed up your thoughts with actions and I congratulate u, well done .

The reason I pushed was many folks like to talk the talk on the net but being that most of us don't know who anyone is we often find ourselves debating issues with unemployed kids who don't have a real interest in the topic . When I used to play with shares it was not uncommon to ask the person to show his holdings in the price depth [out of the money of course]
That sorts out the liars from the real traders . In this case I won't push for anymore info and just wanted to clarify u weren't a loud mouthed kiddy type .

Why do I get the sneeking suspicion that u are infact a well known public figure ? who may have written some books on property ?
I'm probably wrong but either way I wish u well and will take more note of what u write .
