    Have only pointed out its not quite that simple. And the reality, major shareholders should bring pressure to bear but they appear content.

    In reference to your inquiry on bowtie's form details of priors are found in the Annual Results. BTW ischemia was taken over around the same time CEO was appointed by VCR... and I believe he hadn't worked 2 years prior to that. (Did post something on it around Feb I think.)
